2014 Indiana Summit on Out of School Learning Keynote Elise Foster - “Genius Or Genius Maker?”

There are two dramatically different types of leaders. Diminishers drain intelligence and energy from the people around them, while Multipliers use their intelligence to amplify the smarts and capabilities of the people around them. Elise Foster, co-author of The Multiplier Effect, will share the research behind Multipliers and illustrate the resoundingly positive effect they have – how they inspire teachers and administrators to stretch themselves and surpass expectations. She’ll introduce the five disciplines that distinguish Multipliers from Diminishers and provide practice tips for creating more Multiplier moments.

Elise Foster, President of Leadership Potential Consulting, coaches leaders to unlock their potential and become even more successful. She brings a breadth of knowledge from the field of leadership and collective intelligence. Capitalizing on more than 14 years of engineering and organizational development experience, Elise delivers impactful workshops and coaching to local and national clients.
