Application
for CRU's (Certification Renewal Units)
for
School Improvement Planning
Qualified educators interested in applying
for CRUs should complete the application online by the deadline:
June 30, 2008. Any educator who has earned a master's degree or
completed 36 hours beyond the bachelor's degree and who has actively
participated in the school improvement process may earn CRU's for
work related to strategic and continuous school improvement planning.
A maximum of 90 CRU's is all one needs to renew a license in a five-year
license renewal period.
Superintendents
and/or principals must create usernames and passwords for applicants
before they can complete the application form. Superintendents may
verify the applications for all certified personnel in the school
corporation. Principals may only verify applications for certified
personnel assigned to their building. School administrators must
verify the accuracy of information contained in each application
before it is submitted. The Division of Accreditation, Assistance
and Awards will issue a CRU certificate for each verified application.

CRU's
