The COmputerized DAta Project (CODA) has a new phone number and address.

After October 2009, there is no state requirement to use the CODA system; however it is important that you continue to collect data for the DOE-SE and the new DOE-EVAL/TR report. The DOE-EVAL/TR report will collect data on students transferring from First Steps, participating in an initial evaluation or exiting special education. More information about the DOE-EVAL/TR report will be coming soon.
The data for both reports can be collected using any method you choose including using data from CODA, an extraction from a student management system, a simple Excel spreadsheet or eventually using administrative tools that will be available from ISTART7.
There is currently limited support for CODA. Please enter CODA support requests through the trouble ticket system at: https://ican.doe.state.in.us/common/help/helpdesk/.
