Members unable to attend: Larry Gambaiani, Connie Griffith, Marilyn Haring, Leslie McClung, Maryanne McMahon, Roger Sutton, and Joe Weaver.

The Assessment Coordinating Committee (ACC) of the Indiana Professional Standards Board (IPSB) was convened on April 29, 1999, at 1:00 p. m. in Conference Room C of the Indiana Government Center South by Philip Metcalf, Co-Chair.

 I. Consultation with representatives of education stakeholder groups: None at this time. 
 II. Resources or materials consulted: None at this time. 
 III. Issues/questions examined as related to the Committee's charge: 
 1. The chair or designee of each committee/work group reported a summary of its work to date and provided recommendations/next steps for any remaining issues. (See IPSB June Agenda Item VII. F. 2.)
 
 2. The committee discussed what and who will present the ACC recommendations at the June Board meeting. It was decided that Philip Metcalf will review the 1997 Assessment System Recommendations and Marilyn Haring will present the 1999 Assessment System Recommendations. Summaries of the committees' and work group's work will be included in the document to be given to the Board in June. 


The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 p. m.
