RE:     William J. Sneiderwine III – Stipulation of License Surrender

DATE:            June 21, 2000

 

William J. Sneiderwine III was convicted in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court on or about January 12, 2000, for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Class B Felony. The Superintendent of Public Instruction obtained a Stipulation of License Surrender from Mr. Sneiderwine, who holds one expired Indiana Teacher’s License. He has provided the Proof of Licensing form for Indiana Teacher’s License number 580975.

 

The revocation file is available for inspection upon request

 

Recommendation:

 

The staff recommends that the Board accept the Stipulation of License Surrender and Proof of Licensing form by William J. Sneiderwine III for Indiana Teacher’s License number 580975 and thereby permanently revoke his license.
