Melissa S. Gentry was convicted in the Hancock Superior Court on or about December 23, 1999, for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Class C Felony. The Superintendent of Public Instruction obtained a Stipulation of License Surrender from Ms. Gentry, who holds one expired Indiana Teacher’s License. She has surrendered expired License number 559760.
Recommendation:
The staff recommends that the Board accept the Stipulation of License Surrender by Melissa S. Gentry for Indiana Teacher’s License number 559760 and thereby permanently revoke her license.
