Administrator Professional Growth Plan Development and Reporting Manual

The report format for administrators was developed by the External Committee for School Leaders. This report is intended to guide holders of administrative licenses with a Rules 46-47 basis, as well as individuals holding an Administrative Proficient Practitioner License, in the development of a Professional Growth Plan. This report format provides the required documentation to the Indiana Department of Education, Division of Professional Standards for a Professional Growth Plan used to renew both instructional and administrative licenses.
