Professional Growth Plan For Teachers
The report format for teachers was developed by the Continuing Education Committee. This report is intended to guide holders of teaching licenses with a Rules 46-47 basis, as well as individuals holding an Instructional Proficient Practitioner License, in the development of a Professional Growth Plan. This report format provides the required documentation to the Indiana Department of Education, Division of Professional Standards for a Professional Growth Plan used to renew instructional licenses only.
