Professional Growth Plan
Beginning November 1, 2003, educators who hold renewable
Bulletin 400 and Rules 46-47 licenses issued by the Division of
Professional Standards may use the Professional
Growth Plan to renew those licenses, if they expire after July 1,
2004. Individuals who hold a Proficient Practitioner License must use
the Professional Growth Plan to renew that license.
The Professional Growth Plan should be completed
using the appropriate documents (see options below) for your
license no less than 120 days prior to the expiration of your
current license. Do not submit partial or incomplete
plans as these will be returned to you. Submission and
review of the Professional Growth Plan is separate from your
license renewal application. AFTER the plan
has been evaluated by the DPS, you will receive a certificate
that should accompany your license
renewal application.
If after reviewing the information below, you have additional questions regarding this license renewal option or process, please contact us at licensinghelp@doe.in.gov for general licensing questions or growthplan@doe.in.gov for other questions.
