08/25/2008 A representative of the local educational agency must complete this form and submit it to the CEL by mail, fax or electronically by email. The Indiana Department of Education, Center for Exceptional Learners (CEL) is required to monitor the percent of hearing requests that went to resolution session and were resolved through a resolution session settlement agreement. |
