Fiscal Year 2004 Information

You may have noticed that your contract reNewal packet was very thin this year. All of the information you need can be found on-line at www.doe.in.gov/food. On the Division web page you will find a link to all of the contract reNewal forms. These must be completed, downloaded, and submitted to the State Agency.

Click on the Child and Adult Care Food Program and you will find the parent letters, the application for free and reduced-price meals, and the other information that in the past was sent with your contract reNewal materials. Institutions should visit the website at least weekly for the latest CACFP materials. It is the responsibility of the Food Program Contact at each organization to obtain the most current information from the IDOE website.

The State Agency will no longer mail Newsletters, policy instructions, reimbursement rates, income guidelines, and the many other pieces of important information necessary for the day-to-day operation of the CACFP. Be well informed-visit the CACFP web site often.
