Changes in CNPweb Information
For many years, institutions participating
in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sent in written
documentation for any changes to the data base information. This
is NO longer the proper procedure.
Changes in meal service times, meals served, licensing
information, and even staff changes should be entered on the CNPweb
by the organization, itself.
To make changes, go to the SPONSOR SUMMARY, and choose
the APPLICATION TAB. Click on REVISE for the center you want to
change and update the necessary information. Be sure to check the
box on the bottom of the form that says “CHECK HERE TO SUBMIT
THIS FORM TO THE STATE AGENCY FOR APPROVAL.” This means the
information sheet is waiting for State Agency approval.
It is the responsibility of each institution to maintain
correct information in the CNPweb.
