Responsible for the operation of the program, duties include but not limited to Distributor contracts and renewals; processing contracts, and reports; sponsor participation including entitlement draw down; USDA entitlement and ordering of USDA commodities; Recipient Agency Invoicing.

Duties include but not limited to commodity inventories at processors; monitoring and verification of sales to recipient agencies from processors; file maintenance for performance reports from processors.
John Moreland, FDP Specialist 317-233-0020
Duties include but not limited to CNP web-site maintenance for recipient agencies; monitor entitlement draw down; liaison between recipient agencies and state contracted distributors.
