2008 School Data for Determining Site Eligibility

The link below will retrieve an Excel spreadsheet of current Indiana school data, which you can save to your local PC.  The file contains County, School Corporation, School Building, Address, and Percent Free and Reduced data for all Indiana School Buildings, public and private/parochial.  Using basic Excel techniques of searching (Edit|Find), or sorting the rows (Data|Sort) you should be able to easily find the school data you need.  Suggestions:  you might want to sort on City, or Zip Code to locate the school data you’re interested in.  Just remember, the school has to have 50% or more free and reduced to meet the eligibility criterion of the SFSPC.  The “School Number” in column D is the school number identifier that is entered on the Site Information Sheet when qualifying with school data.  Contact either John Todd or Julie Sutton at the State Agency if you have any questions.
