Robin Vukovits, Central Elementary, Clinton (South Vermillion Comm. School Corp.) We have a newly formed student council this year made up of fourth and fifth-grade students. We have started collecting recyclable paper this semester and so far have taken in 218 pounds of paper and catalogs. We are currently working on a bulletin board to show our staff and students just how much we have collected.
