General
The purpose is to obtain email addresses from person(s) responsible for coordinating information via email from the department. Contact lists are generated in several divisions within the department. Here we will obtain the contact address of the person that you desire to be the primary and/or secondary contact. We must rely on you to keep the contact information current. The contact areas you see will continue to grow as we implement department wide communication. During this growth period, please continue to provide any requested information to the appropriate division. This does not replace the P.A.M.S or S.A.M.S email that comes directly from Dr. Reed.

All Contacts
All contacts – If you login with the corporation PIN number and select the Primary option from the pull down menu on All Contacts, then the email you provide us with will receive email from all areas listed. By selecting the secondary option, this means that the primary and the secondary person will both receive the email. At least one person should be marked as the Primary contact either for all contacts or each individual area.

Example: The principal wants to be contacted but would prefer his assistant get the email immediately. The principal could select secondary on all contacts for his/her email account and then add the email of the assistant and select primary for that person. For every email you provide, you select the areas of which communication is necessary.

STN Contact
Select this area if you want to receive any email that would pertain to the STN Application Center. Please remember that this is a secured area and those selected must be able to enter the application center.

STN Site Administrator
Select this area if you are the contact person assigned by the corporation to assign local staff access to the application center, maintain usernames and password, technical support for local users.

Title I Contact
Select this area if you want to receive email that would pertain to Title I.

Language Minority Contact
Select this area if you want to receive email that would pertain to Language Minority.

Treasurers Contact
Select this area if you want to receive email that would pertain to grant distributions.
