In order to obtain information regarding students from Louisiana or Mississippi displaced by Hurricane Katrina, please have the district’s McKinney-Vento Liaison complete the appropriate request for records form (Excel format) and email it to Christina Endres, at endres@doe.state.in.us to obtain pertinent data regarding these students (see below for form).
