State Model Salary Schedules

Update: The State Model Salary Schedule version 2.0 is now available!

Public Law 90-2011 (I.C. 20-28-9-1) required the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) to publish a model salary schedule.

You may access IDOE's model in the Excel documents below. A narrative with directions for the model as well as general information on performance pay are included below as well.
