Transfer Tuition refers to transfers between Indiana public school corporations. The guardian of any student, or the student after he/she is eighteen years of age, may request a transfer from a school corporation of legal settlement to another school corporation if the student may be better accommodated.
The Custodial Statement and Agreement is to be used when the student lives in an area other than where the parent or custodial parent resides. Form 1 is used when the student resides with a parent in a situation of divorce or separation. Form 2 is used when the student resides with a person other than a parent.
