Seven Minute Reflection
Time Allowance: 10 Minutes
Equipment Needed: None
1. Facilitator asks the members of the entire group to spend two to three minutes reflecting on the things that they have accomplished that day, or perhaps the previous day.
2. Group members are then asked to spend the next two to three minutes reflecting on things they would like to do today, or perhaps the next day.
3. Finally, the facilitator asks each member to spend one minute reflecting on how he or she plans to accomplish the things he or she wants to get done that day.
4. Then the facilitator asks a few members from the entire group to reflect how they felt about what they were feeling when they were going through this process.
