All Aboard
Time Allowance: 15-20 Minutes
Equipment Needed: Anything to Make a Small Square 2"x 2"
1. Use materials of some kind to mark off a small square (tape, cardboard, inner tube, etc.)
2. Next the leader instructs the group that the purpose is to get all of the group members inside the square and remain inside until everyone counts to ten, at which time they can then come out of the square.
3. The leader will need to adapt the square to a size that he/she feels will challenge the group to get everyone inside. The square can vary from being very small to very large depending on the size of the group.

1. How well did you think you did?
2. How effective were you in completing the task?
3. How effective were you?
4. How did you develop your plan of action?
5. What is the relationship between input into the plan and commitment to action?
6. What were the differences between having a common vision versus not having a vision?
