Three Bin Pass
Time Allowance: 10 Minutes
Equipment Needed: A Ball
1. This is a mini "group juggle." Using something that is easy to catch, establish a pattern around the room as follows: Leader says someone's name and tosses them the ball; the second person chooses another person, says that person's name, and tosses them the ball. Continue in this manner until each person has caught and tossed the ball once. The ball will end the pattern in the hands of the leader.2. Repeat the pattern until it can be done quickly. Begin again, and after several people have caught and tossed the ball, throw in the second ball, using the same pattern sequence; then throw in a third ball. This is a great energizer for learning names.
3. After the group has mastered "Three Ball Pass," have them reverse the pattern! For a real challenge, have your group try it silently (after a pattern is established).
