Lap Sit
Time Allowance: 10-15 Minutes
Equipment Needed: An open area inside or outside
Steps
1. Have students stand in a circle, shoulder to shoulder. Now have everyone turn to the right, holding onto the waist of the person in front.
2. On the count of three, have everyone, very gently, sit down on the lap of the person who is behind them. (Everyone is actually sitting on the knees of the person who is behind them.)
3. Once everyone is seated, try to have everyone wave their arms, give a back rub to the person in front of them or attempt to move forward and/or backward.
