School safety specialists who complete certification requirements for Basic Training with the Indiana School Safety Specialist Academy are eligible for graduate credit for license renewal through IUPUI.

The graduate credit will apply to license renewals for administrators, teachers, counselors, social workers, and school psychologists. If you have questions regarding the licensing renewal process, contact Dee Outlaw, IUPUI Licensing Advisor, at 317-274-6868 or doutlaw@iupui.edu.

If you are interested in graduate credit, please review the attached information and return the appropriate forms that are attached. You will be registering for the Spring Semester – 2005. Registration must be completed no later than November 23, 2004. They may be returned by mail or FAX – 317-232-9150.

Once your application is received, you will receive a bill from the Bursar’s Office. All fees are due in January, 2005. Do not sent tuition checks with the application. Tuition is $201.85 per credit hour for Indiana residents.
