April 19-20, 2004: Over 270 school safety specialists and their guests gathered at the Sheraton Hotel & Suites in Indianapolis for the ISSSA Advanced Training Conference. The conference offered national, state, and local speakers presenting on topics such as school security, terrorism, funding, drug awareness, child traumatic stress, school shooting recovery, crime prevention, engaging parents, and mental health.
