Description:
In this video,
completed in mid-2007, Ray Graves presents
licensing information which will be of use
by all licensed educators in Indiana. Topics
include:
1) Adding to, renewing and converting to a
Professional license, licenses issued under
Bulletin 400 and Rules 46-47. Most educators
in Indiana today are licensed under one of
these two licensing systems.
2) How to renew an Initial license issued under Rules 2002, and how to convert
an Initial License to a 5-year or a 10-year license.
Finally, as of mid-2007, the two newest aspects of educator licensing are explained:
3) The new requirement of CPR/Heimlich maneuver for persons obtaining their first
Rules 2002 license, or Emergency Permit, or Substitute Certificate.
4) The ability of persons who completed in-state teacher training programs to
apply for the license via the Teacher On-line Licensing System (TOLS).
