In this presentation, Dr. Graves discusses the history of Indiana educational licensure with particular emphasis on the newest system of licensing, known as "Rules 2002." This video offers practical information to persons who have acquired the Rules 2002 teaching license, or are about to obtain this license, so that they will be able to advance their license through the various levels: from the Initial, 2-year license, to the Proficient, 5-year license, and ultimately, to the Accomplished, 10-year license.
