Program
Description:
Aligning efforts
across Indiana’s
education sectors – pre-Kindergarten,
K-12, and higher education – is essential
if our state’s education system is
to meet its primary purpose of providing every
student with the preparation
they need to be active and productive citizens.
The P-16 Plan builds on
progress made to date and is consistent with
actions called for in P.L.
146-1999, P.L. 221-1999, and the federal Elementary
and Secondary Education
Act – The No Child Left Behind Act of
2001 (NCLB)."
