INDIANAPOLIS - Based upon assurances made by CTB McGraw-Hill, the Indiana Department of Education opened ISTEP+ testing for Hoosier schools this morning. In order to minimize interruptions to students, the Department has asked schools to reduce their daily testing load by approximately 50%.

Attached, please find the memo that the Department sent to schools throughout the state last night and a statement from CTB McGraw-Hill.

If needed, the Department will provide updates throughout the day.
