The Indiana Department of Education offered regional culinary workshops throughout July and August of 2013 for Child and Adult Care Food Program participants. These workshops were made possible with funds from a 2011 Team Nutrition Training Grant from USDA, and were developed and led by Michelle Plummer, MS, RD, CD and Chef Sam Brown.
