The Division of Early Learning and Literacy, formerly know as Prime Time/Reading First, employs a small staff within the Center for Curriculum and Instructional Leadership.  The staff provides guidance, technical assistance, and professional development in the area of PreK-3 education. 

The Division is responsible for the state Prime Time Grant, Early Intervention Grant, Full-Day Kindergarten Grant, and the federal Reading First Grant.
