The Indiana School Directory has transitioned from an annual print publication to an online resource that is updated throughout the year. The final day to order a printed edition of the Indiana School Directory was February 15, 2007.

Portions of the Indiana School Directory are available as downloadable ASCII files for import into any database or spreadsheet program. There are two files; one for Schools which contains information sorted alphabetically by school name; and one for Corporations which contains the same information sorted by corporation name. The two files contain the following information: school name, principal name(3)/corp name(2), address, city, state, zip+4. The data fields are comma separated in the CSV files.
