The new Indiana Commercial Driver’s License

The new Indiana Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) manuals for testing effective July 1, 2007, are now available online at www.in.gov/dor/mcs The Indiana Department of Revenue’s Motor Carrier Services wants to ensure that CDL candidates (including school bus drivers) are aware of the new manual and test, as well as its availability on our Web site.

Online access to the manual allows students a range of options. With the online CDL manual, candidates can:
· Print or download only those sections you need
· Download or print the entire manual
· Or view it online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We would greatly appreciate it if you would post the attached notice in an effort to share this information with your school bus driver applicants.
