Needs Assessment Worksheet
This Worksheet is intended to assist you in developing the
needs assessment for the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities
(SDFSC) application. To receive funding a school corporation
shall base its program on a thorough assessment of objective
data about the drug and violence problems in the schools
and communities served.
