ISTEPTC - LAS Links Ordering Deadline, Barcode Files

Below is a reminder for school corporations to get their orders in for the spring 2007 LAS Links (Form B):

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The LAS Links test ordering window has been extended until the close of the business day (5pm EST) on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 13th.  Please keep the following points in mind for the ordering process:

1) ALL DISTRICTS must log onto the CTB website (www.ctb.com) and input ordering information including contact information, school sites participating in testing and number of tests requested. 

2) Each school corporation must update contact information, regardless of whether or not there are students that will be taking the LAS Links in spring of 2007.  If no students will participate in this year's LAS Links administration, each school site must be marked as "not participating" in order for the ordering process to be complete.

3) In the case that a district does not submit an order to CTB by the close of business on 12/13, CTB will automatically duplicate the number of tests ordered by the district for the Spring 06 administration and ship that number of tests to the district for use in Spring 07.

4) NOTE: Form A of the LAS Links was utilized in the Spring 06 administration, and Form B will be implemented in Spring 07.  Please retain all unused testing materials from both Spring 06 & 07 administrations, as they will be used in the future.

Note: We will use the October 1 PE report to generate barcode labels for the spring 2007 administration of LAS Links.  There is no need to submit a separate file.  Schools will have to bubble information for any student NOT reported on the October 1, 2006 PE report.
