Alternative Education (DOE-AL)
How and Where is the Data Used?

 

Alternative Education (DOE-AL): An accountability and award collection, DOE-AL consists of student-level data of participation in Alternative Education Programs throughout the school year and submitted at the close of the school year. AL data are used to identify core components and effective programs, and to demonstrate longitudinal effects of alternative education. Data are used to inform policy decisions and set state goals.
