A data layout with changes has been posted for DOE-CE and DOE-CP. Spreadsheets with instructions for combining the CE/CP are also available on the Certified Employee and the Certified Positions pages on the STN Home page. On the DOE-CE, we have removed codes 2, 3, and 4. These will be accepted and will not cause your file to fail, but those codes will not be used. DOE-CP has two fields added. The codebook for DOE-CE/CP has been revised, review the history for changes. Remember the DOE-CE/CP files are ready to download (data aged from 06-07 becomes 07-08 data) and the user must have Employee Administration privileges. |
