Additional Student Information (DOE-AD)
The data in this collection is reported
for students that participate in these programs at any time during
the school year. The DOE-AD can be submitted at anytime during
the school year. The required collection period begins May 1,
2007 and ends June 5, 2007 or five (5) days after the end of
the school year. As soon as the DOE-AD is available in the Application
Center, you may begin submitting data.
