SUBJECT:	Graduation Cohort Site Temporarily CLOSED

We have experienced technical difficulties with the graduation cohort site and have temporarily closed the site until sometime tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18, 2006. We will let you know via SAMS, PAMS, and STN listserv when the site is activated.

DOE-DM records submitted during the trial submission period have been deleted. The site did not go "live" on October 9 as scheduled, for which we apologize.

Since the DOE-DM report is not due until Tuesday, October 31, 2006, we will extend the timeline to submit student level information on the cohort until Friday, November 3, 2006. Closed collections will likely be opened during specific time frames the week of November 13, 2006.
