Full-Day Kindergarten Grants

Data collection for the Full Day Kindergarten Funding Report (DOE-FD) is now closed. Column 1 in the attached report shows the total number of students you have submitted for funding. This number will be multiplied by the per pupil grant amount (to be determined) to arrive at the total grant amount for your school corporation or charter school.
Corrections or additions to the DOE-FD must be completed before the end of the day on Friday, November 9, 2007. Submit data under Restricted File Transfer. You must also contact the STN Team at stn_suppport@doe.in.gov for approval. Provide your corporation number and a brief explanation of the reason for submission. Your file will be processed as soon as possible. Check the Data Transfer results and the Full Day KG report under Message Center for processing results and accuracy of the data submitted.
