SUBJECT:	Update on Graduation Rate

Dr. Reed will present state level graduation rate data to the Education Roundtable on Monday, November 27, 2006.

Data changes based upon documentation you have submitted are being done manually. This requires time. We expect corporation and school graduation data will be available on or before December 31. This will allow for the publication of graduation rates in the annual performance report.

Thank you for your assistance during this process. We recognize that it has been difficult and emphasizes the importance of accurate and timely data reporting. With recent updates in the STN system, we anticipate that the process will be smoother next year.
