Submit Your Summer School Reports Online

Prompt box will appear it will ask for:

User name - enter corporation number, and
Password -  enter your corporation PIN number

Note: Enter rounded amounts only. Example: "$350.50"should be entered as "$351" or "$350.47" should be entered as "$350." The electronic form might show "error" if decimal amounts are entered.

After entering data on each page, scroll down and click on "Submit" button. Follow menu items till the final page shows printable copy. Print and mail this hard copy signed by Superintendent to:
