The items in this inventory range from information about the curriculum and how technology is used to specific information about routers, switches, and network speed. While it would be nice to have a single person who is expert at all of these things, it is more likely that several people may be involved. Therefore, you may want several people to look over the items in the inventory before submitting answers.

The design of the inventory facilitates this approach by allowing you to enter part of the information, save what you've entered, and return later to complete the information items. A technology coordinator may enter the form and answer the technical questions about the network, and later, another member of your team may recall the form data and complete questions that pertain to the classroom.
