 Dear Fellow Hoosiers:
Students and educators in Indiana and across the nation
have returned to school and are diligently working toward
their goals of achieving academic success. For that reason,
we have created a virtual Web Pack to provide parents, students,
educators, and community members with wealth of information
designed to make that goal easier to reach.
The First Annual Education Web Pack is divided into four
"clickable" categories:
Each category contains links to information from the Indiana
Department of Education’s Web site at <www.doe.in.gov> --
as well as other helpful sites.
We have worked hard in Indiana to provide heightened educational
opportunities for all students and our hard work and yours
is paying off.
We still face significant challenges including eliminating
the achievement gap, decreasing dropout rates, and better
preparing all students to be successful in the workforce
and in postsecondary education. Asking for your help and
sharing information about what you can do will get our students
closer to their goals.
