Do you want to understand yourself and others better? Have you ever wondered if they way you interpret the world through your senses accurate? How do you explain optical illusions? Do you want to know how you learn? How do I learn best? How do people forget and remember? If you 'know' something, why can't you always think of it? If your answer to any of the questions above is yes, this class may be for you! The A. P. Psychology course is designed to introduce students to the systematic and scientific study of behavior and mental processes of human beings and other animals. Students are exposed to the psychological facts, principles, and phenomena associated with each of the major subfields within psychology. They also learn about the ethics and methods psychologists use in their science and practice.
