Effective July 1, 2011, the Indiana Department of Education will be charging the fees required under IC 4-21.5-5-13 for providing certified copies of the administrative record for judicial review.
- Memorandum Certification of Administrative Record from General Counsel for the Indiana Department of Education.
- A party requesting the record must complete and submit a Request form for Administrative Record
- Charge $0.10 per page for copying and $5.00 for certification
- Payment is due prior to the delivery of the records
