1. Schools must have always school staff available to receive deliveries during inopportune times such as school/holiday breaks, recess, lunch, etc.
2. Inspect, Verify, and Accept ALL Deliveries

|Verify that your delivery are the correct items and amounts.|
|Accept the order by signing the BOL|
3. Get to know your warehouse personnel and driver.
4. Forecast and plan in advance to schedule deliveries accordingly around school breaks and closures to avoid missed deliveries.
