Wellness Practices

Mindfulness, Yoga Movement, Trauma Informed Practice, Focused Attention, Brain Intervals, Restorative Practices, Peer Mentoring, College Career Readiness, Conscious Discipline, Positive Behavior Supports, Mental Health Health Education, Suicide Prevention, Substance Use Prevention, Bully Prevention, These are all used in the corporation, but at different degrees depending on building and leadership.
