Ambitious Instruction Overview

In schools with ambitious instruction, classes are challenging and engaging. In such schools, instruction is clear, well-structured, interactive and encourages students to build and apply knowledge. Instruction is intentionally paced and aligned across grade levels to support students in meeting the expectations of the state standards. When combined with a supportive environment, ambitious instruction has the most direct effect on student learning.
