For tier 1, we do school-wide PBIS. This includes expectations for all areas of the school and a rewards system for demonstrating our values. We also have family empowerment coaches. They are like a hybrid of counselor/social worker. They have case loads of about 60 kids so they can fully support the student and whole family with anything they need. We also a full-time social-emotional instructor, a restorative coordinator, and a behavior specialist.
